My dad is planning to avail a housing loan worth 7M to build a house on the lot he own. I want to contribute half of his monthly payment towards the loan as my family will be staying in his house every time we visit PI. I want to make sure all 7M will go towards the house. Since his house and lot will be collateral on his loan I assume that pag-ibig will monitor make sure all 7M go towards the house correct? I 8767 m just curious, what happens if my dad spends some of the money to something else not related to the house construction?
My question is can I buy my grandma 8767 s house and lot? It is part of a 8775 hacienda 8776 wherein the original owner who is already deceased has not divided the properties to her children. Though there was a deed of sale, there was no title since it is still part of a big piece of grandma has been paying for the property for years and yes, there was a record in Registry of Deeds. I want to buy her house and lot to avoid conflict with her this possible?

good day po, me and my husband are both pag-ibig members for ten years and now we are planning to construct a house with the help of pag-ibig fund. This is to be put on our own lot about 685 sq m here in Ligaya, Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro. do you think we can avail a loan? what are the requirements.. they say we have to attend a seminar related to housing finances at Batangas City, my worry is that, bka umattend kmi tapos later malalaman lng namin n di po pla pwede, sayang yung time at gastos if ganon po ang mangyayari. My husband works here in Japan for such a long time already and upon knowing about Pag-ibig loan, we got interested on how to avail of it since we are planning to acquire lot/farm for future business purposes in the Phils. Pero, nde po naging member ang husband ko ng pag-ibig and neither had made contributions. Narinig ko lng po, na pdeng bayaran in full ang contributions equivalent for 79 months, then eligible na for pag-ibig loan. Just want to know if this is possible. Gustong gusto tlaga nmin ang lot pero ala kaming pang spot cash, kaya kailangan tlaga nmin magloan..

I have an interested buyer on my property that is currently mortgaged under PAGIBIG. I have already fully paid for the miscellaneous fees (transfer of titie, documentary stamps etc). when the buyer assumes my Pagibig loan is he required to pay again for the miscellaneous fees entailing the transfer?
Hi. I bought a house and lot in Cavite through a developer, payable for 75-85 years. More than 7years ko na sya binabayaran monthly sa Pag-Ibig.. Am I still allowed to loan na pampagawa ko ng bahay na yun? Current estimates eh 655K minimum ang need..
